3. There was an away Saints game on and Royal street was shut off with a big screen and vendors cooking on the street.

4. Trolley which for $3 takes you to the Warehouse district (museums), Garden District, and Uptown, so even without a car you can see a lot of the great neighbohoods without paying big bucks for transportation.

6. It's a small hotel, so does not have a big lobby or fancy entrance, but on the place side it takes only a minute or two to get from the entrance to the rooms.

7. Hotel is located in a quiet part of town, next to the big names (Wyndham, Waldorf Astoria, Renaissance) and away from the noisy Bourbon St (but within 5 min walk).
