1. Everyone at the hotel was fabulous to work with, from the sales department (who arranged for a small group of us to stay there en route to a conference further north) to the front desk staff (who were friendly and helpful and just generally good to work with throughout).

3. Pros: Near the airport (the hotel provides free shuttle service); surprisingly quiet, sizeable and comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, WiFi, hot breakfast, good staff, generally clean.
