1. The room while big didn't have any extra pillows, when I called the front desk for pillows I was told it be 20 minutes or I could come down stairs to retrieve my own.

4. My room was very outdated along with cigarette burns on the blankets and nightstand, threadbare sheets, a broken closet door, and a tub that backed up when you turned the water on (probably from the big glob of someone 's hair that I could see in the drain - the drain plug was missing).
