2. We especially liked not having to hunt for available outlets to charge our electronic gadgets; the lights on either side of the bed had built-in outlets, plus there were other easily accessible outlets around the room.

4. It's partially my own fault, but if you want personality and something that isn't predictable and sterile, navigate away from hotels on the outskirts of Phoenix that look like mini hospitals.
