1. there had, at some point, been a leak in the room above mine (on the 6th floor) and there's a huge water stain marring the popcorn stucco ceiling above the bed, punctuated by a big, shoddy-workmanship patch-job to the underlying sheetrock.

5. Bathrooms are big enough with assortment of shampoo, conditioner, and lotions courtesy of Bath and Body - Hotel provides mouthwash as well.

7. My big gripe was not with the service rendered but the lack of a wireless network connection in my room, the Ethernet connection for $$$$$$$$$$s per day is just ridiculous when your paying the prices you do to stay in this class of hotel.
