1. It was great to have a kitchenette and washer and dryer and when we called housekeeping to ask for laundry detergent we got some right away, so that was a positive.

POSITIVES: very clean rooms, well kept grounds, quiet & peaceful (if you like that), super comfortable bed, customer service was excellent (they gave me complimentary check-out until 1pm because business was slow)NEGATIVES: room style/furniture is old-fashioned (I personally don't like that) and the most disappointing thing.
