9. The front desk help was a 15 year old girl who talked to her boyfriend instead of helping people,and a hotel staff knocked on our door and gave us some `clean` towels out of a garbage bag and said we were lucky to get them.

10. Hotel staff was mixed in their willingness to help out the guests and finally, the poor maintenance that was very apparent through out the hotel made this in to a memorable experience.
