1. I contacted the corporate office via email and after a few weeks and a few emails, including a form letter, I received a letter from Chris Onkka, a customer care rep for Wyndham Hotels offering $25 off our next stay- like I would ever stay at one of their hotels again.

2. - that was it I had to say something and I did'nt care how cheap the place was - It was down right NASTY and I wanted someone to hear my complaint.

3. ? I was VERY disappointed about this - I had work to take care of and could not do it because I couldn`t use the internet after 10, and it wouldnt` be available until 7.
