The type of vagrants that now frequent the property used to be thrown in the dumpsters by the former owner (I witnessed one such event myself, and the 'lady' thrown in was lucky that is not all that was done to her, she could have been thrown in jail) when they worked tirelessly to keep the place safe and secure.
