1. No restaurant (typical of Hampton) but no decent restaurants in walking distance, and none that I could find within a reasonable drive (no suggestions from the front desk, except which way to drive to find a restaurant).

2. It stands to reason if it is smelly, nasty with bedbugs and in 'the hood', management would strong arm you into keeping a reservation with them.
