2. The free breakfast is non-existent unless you get out there on the double, by 9:20am everything is gone (save a lone brand muffin) and the cleanup crew is working diligently.

5. Why we love it: free airport shuttle - about 5 minutes from IND, free breakfast, free internet (with a printer to print boarding passes, etc), large pool (we swam last year and it was a little chilly), decent exercise room, fun kids area.

7. The staff was friendly and helpful, the free transportation drivers were extremely friendly and accomodating, the breakfast and the hostess were lovely, the room was very clean except for the carpet which is old, typical hotel carpet.
