1. The small kitchen is nice--we didn't take advantage of it, except for the fridge since we were only there two nights, but I can see that this would be very useful for extended stays or people on a small food budget.

2. except for the staircase problem, I thought the property was fine, and I got it for $54 including tax through Priceline, better than a room at another suite-style hotel, Extended StayAmerica in Buffalo Grove, IL, that I had gotten for the same price about a month earlier.

3. Do not plan on sleeping except between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am.
