1. The desk lady was awesome, enrolled me in a program that gives me a free upgrade (they were out of king non smoking), and solved it faster than the minimin half hour that would have been necessary from the booking company.

3. The front desk was very helpful, but I felt that many other hotels near the airport provide the same services (free parking, airport shuttle, high-speed internet, and breakfast) without the major negative of being very noisy.

4. If you live the the Bay Area, you can park and fly there- free parking for an overnight stay, which may pay for itself.
