3. The service is friendly and excellent; I was surprised when I returned to my room with leftovers from dinner and asked if there was anyplace I could keep it cool, and they brought me a refrigerator at no extra charge.

4. Dislikes: not in a rough neighborhood, but close to it; HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNET - I avoid Marriots because of that, but internet is free in the lobby; in room internet connection was flaky; loud heating/cooling unit in the room; Likes: the courtyard; nice staff; hotel is in good shape.
