1. Thank you Windham for the back-ache and foot injury due to a bathroom sink that was extremely low, a very saggy uncomfortable bed, and a tub wall that was incredibly high, but that was actually a good thing to help hold in the water from the tub that didn't drain.

8. Arrived and had a 5 minute wait to check in even though neither of the two people in front of me were checking in, the staff member seemed to have trouble answering the questions and the other woman at the desk was too busy talking to another employee to help me.
