For comparison, the rate I pay at the nearby Hilton Indy North on Shadeland Ave (with corporate discount) is about the same as this place, but Hilton has a nicer bed with comforter and better selection at breakfast, but then again, without corporate discount package you will probably end up paying like $40 more per night at the Hilton.

5. but this is really minor, more of a suggestion so it can be more competitive, would be nice to provide a comforter (instead of just a blanket), but this is no big deal really, after all this is not a 4 star establishment.

7. Had never stayed in one till work booked me into Alcoa - arrived in the dark, went straight to the room (clean, quiet, comfortable, everything worked), had a quick breakfast the next morning (again clean, fresh and a good selection) and hit the road before daylight.
