1. The staff checked me in and brought my bags to my room, I went to the restaurant and the chef prepared me a huge cob salad and gave me the best lowfat asian dressing.

2. I do not know if we had the misfortune to have a room facing the airport runway but there is a huge FedEx facility next to the hotel and presumably the noise we heard from planes were the multiple FedEx hub flights that must land each weekday night at the FedEx facility.

3. The suite we had was beautiful with a huge bathroom and garden tub, but absolutely no hot water.
