1. Then at 4:00 in the morning the garbage truck came and it felt like the whole room was shaking.

2. The cleaning staff left there used cleaning supplies in the room, my non-smoking room smelled so much like smoke, so I tried to open the windows and found that there was a large whole in the screen and windows were cloudy like they haven't been cleaned in years.

3. The hotel is nice and well taken care of but, I didn't like the extra costs associated with wireless internet service that I got for free in both Sedona and Williams (Grand Canyon).
