7. They were more than happy to oblige and though I can still hear the passing traffic if I`m listening for it, it isn`t really a factor (though I can see how it would be on the other side of the hotel).

8. Staff is outgoing and friendly, shuttle bus will take you downtown and pick you up pretty much at your beck and call and you never feel the urge to tip for each trip, it is as though they are more than happy to provide the service to you.
