3. We were looking at colleges and visiting museums, and the location was excellent for both -- it gave us a feel for the Georgetown neighborhood at the top end of the block, and we could also walk 15-20 minutes to Geo Washington U`s campus.

4. The hotel did, however, have some flaw such as the view and minor elevator problems, but it made up for them with it's excelent location, only a few minutes walk from the heart of Georgetown.

5. The value is excelent, and while there is nothing extremely fancy about the hotel, it is very comfortable and has everything a family needs when traveling.
