1. When I mentioned this to a managerial type the next morning (he was dressed in a gray jacket while the rest were in black) the first response I got was not 'We are sorry Sir' but 'Did you leave your do not disturb sign out?' asked in an aggressive accusatorial way.

3. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, responsive to our requests (late checkout, checking a bag for a later pickup by a family member, extra key, etc) The location is great, close to the Metro and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores.

10. When we asked them why we were not informed about this charge DURING our stay (they only told us when we were checking out), a staff replied 'do you need to informed about the charges to be responsible?' I don`t think that`s an appropriate response from a staff.
