1. The climate control systems were wonky in some of our rooms, the saving grace being the windows which can be opened to let in fresh air, and are provided with screens, so one doesn't have to worry about bugs getting in, or children falling out.

3. We did get fresh towels and the nice house keeping staff did let us into the room since our keys failed to work everyday since we arrived 5 days ago.

4. Very clean and I did end up using the refrigerator and the grind it yourself, very fresh coffee, only downside was the heat in my room on the 5th floor which sounded extra loud and gurgling and it did wake me up both nights.
