The one thing that didn't live up to expectations was the restaurant - we had breakfast one morning, it was expensive and we were waiting around for a long time - the service was terrible, for example they brought the toast but with no cutlery, jam or butter - so by the time the other bits finally arrived the toast was cold and hard.
