1. The hotel is pet friendly, and there is a definite urine smell along the walkway to the rooms, which is offputting, to say the least.

3. The neighborhood is very sketchy, the hotel 's exterior needs a serious makeover, the rooms smell like a dirty ashtray rolled up in a old carpet, the bathroom door handle fell off while I was inside (good thing the bathroom door didn't close all the way anyways.
