1. I think the hotel heard prior complaints re: stinky carpets, seems like they're always shampooing them now, so mine was damp but clean.

2. My only complaint is that the info about the hotel offered a balcony with a mountain view but that was not what we had--still not sure if any of the rooms actually had a balcony since I did not see any.
