3. My BF and I have stayed here before and had no issues with noise control, however, this last Tour de Tucson stay we were given a room next to the laundry room where housekeeping washes laundry.

4. Walls seem a little thin - we could hear our neighbors pretty well on New Year's eve, but otherwise the rest of our visit was quiet and no issues.
