2. I'd read numerous other reviews indicating this same problem, but I had hoped the hotel had taken care of the issue.

3. I had an issue with check in, where the woman at the checkin checked me in but didn't enter into the computer, so even though I stalled around town for another hour my room wasn't ready at 4 because the data input wasn't done.

4. Very clean hotel, as has been said by others, not sure why people have issues with the rooms.

To keep things short here a few of the pros and cons:PROS:- extremely friendly staff- very clean room- quiet at night- nice gym, pool and hot tubCONS: (they were minor issues for us, but I would still like to mention them for others)- heater didn`t seem to work properly- bathroom somewhat small- exhaust fan in bathroom didn`t work- TV somewhat smallOverall, I would highly recommend the hotel if you can get a good rate.

10. I probably wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others, unless I was assured that the renovations were completed and all issues addressed.
