1. As soon as we opened the door there was a very bad smell.

4. Every staff member always has a smile on their face, the belldesk always greets you when you enter the main lobby (although this was a bit annoying), and they gave me a cookie at the front desk whenever I asked for one (too bad I had to buy the milk.

6. BUT whatever you do, make the trip elsewhere for meals and skip the attached Javelina Cantina - bad service, terrible margaritas and small but very expensive entrees that were really disappointing.
