1. I called the front desk, who referred me to the tech number, but the issue wasn't resolved so I ended up doing a lot of work on the chair in the hall, where I could get the lobby wireless.

3. They do charge for internet service for regular guests, it appears but we were given free internet service with our stay (there were a LOT of us)I had a few minor issues- the air-conditioning in my room was directed so that it hit exactly where I was sitting at the desk.

10. The week we stayed was good few issues as the ice machine on our floor broke down and we were promised a usa today daily which we got 3 days of our 7 day stay I can overlook to a certain extent.
