1. It's kind of disappointing because, the resort is beautiful and these people didn't seem to respect it or other guests.

2. The only thing disappointing is the fact that at the pool there were a large group of people getting drunk and being loud that looks like possibly the whole family pitched in to stay in 1room or else the people they invited local family members, a lot.
