2. It was pricey, which is fine, but there was no wireless in the rooms and it worked poorly in the lobby areas, where it was supposed to work.

3. In the open air hallways (poorly lit) a lady came out of the shadows and approached me asking for 'help'; she looked semi-scary so I quickly closed the door and locked it.

5. Big problem for parents with kids is that because the adult only pool does not have a bar or available wait staff, the adults use the kids pool which has the bar - and hence adults drinking more than their fair share including some young 20 somethings behaving poorly around kids.
