3. I would judge the hotel more harshly were it not for the very responsive and positive treatment I received from one of the staff - Jamie - who treated my second complaint with great attentiveness, and moved me to a much better-located room for my third and final night.

4. I hold the hotel partly responsible for my discomfort as the desk clerks seemed quite unsurprised by my complaints, and therefore could have guessed how my room assignment might turn out in the first place.
