1. I have fragrance sensitivities, and though the products the hotel uses have a pleasant smell, too much of anything is a problem for me.

The only things that were problems were that there was only one comfortable chair in the room in a space that could have accommodated a love seat or sofa, so the only way to sit and watch TV or read was to sit on the bed, and that the wireless internet was not strong enough for us to use it in our room.

9. We shipped in 3 large banker's boxes without any problems, and Case de Collier, the front desk manager, offered to let us use one of their conference rooms throughout the afternoon and evening to sort through the boxes, etc.

10. Also the patio door didn't open properly but as the patio had no seat and the view was over the car park, that wasn't a real problem.
