1. Our room faced the nearby airport and there was occasional jet noise in day but didn't notice this at night.

4. The only negatives I can think of are 1) jet noise from nearby Air Force Base and 2) very limited dining options in that area.

5. By request, we were given a room on the fourth floor, away from most of the construction noise and dust.

6. This Hyatt Place also had one of the smallest bathrooms I`ve ever seen outside of European bathrooms but again, that`s minor compared to the A/C noise.
