1. The one day that we did have a bit of time a child (not ours) had a problem in the pool and they had to close it for three hours to clean it.

2. The main problem for me is the design of the rooms as the aircon units seem to resonate and the bathroom fan is on constantly creating quite a high noise level in the bedroom .

4. Room locations can be close to the highway (facing the mountains) and I was initially concerned about road noise, but it turned out not to be a problem with the windows closed and the AC running.

5. When we arrived for our stay June 12th there were a few very minor problems with our room that were handled in an extremely fast prompt manner by the front desk.

6. The problem is that the space is cramped to put a playpen in there, which was a slight problem for us.

7. The only problem was some of the channels on the one of flat screen TV`s didn`t work (HBO, some HD channels) but the other one worked fine.

8. Other than the odor this is the best Embassy Suite I`ve ever stayed at and would stay here again if that problem was fixed.

9. The front desk said since they were full up, they couldn`t move us at that time, but said he`d take care of the problem personally and knocked $50 of our rate.

10. He told us there were several other rooms complaining and he thought it was a problem in the sewer lines leading from the hotel.
