3. And its soooo hard to find a hotel that has room/beds for a family of more then 2 or 3 we have 6 total and it fit us perfect, the pool was very nice.

5. Drawbacks? Agree that there`s not a lot of eaterie options nearby but, like so many southwestern cities, you NEED a car ;-) Also our mattress was a little on the 'Flintstones' side -- kinda hard.
