1. Anyone can make a mistake, so I called the managers of Arizona Inn to complain and ask that they change their procedures, they were very defensive and told me that the fault was mine for not alerting the catering staff.

3. I specified a room preference at reservation, and at check in was told this was a really nice room, and when i complained , was told there was nothing else available on the entire property.
