1. We resolved the issues with our card the next day and returned to this hotel(had friends staying here) and the little twit was not so rude when we had our card in order.

3. Price was good ($96) and the room was clean, staff were very polite, hotel was generally in good shape, but there were a few small issues with the room (bathroom counter was splitting apart, toilet seat was very scratched up).
