The cleaning staff isn't even going through the motions; probably two dozen dead flies in the windowsill and on the floor under the window, the smell of cigarette smoke and moth balls (in non-smoking hallways), half the lights in the hallway were dark so very difficult to locate room - and this was the 2nd room offered because the first one was absolutely horrid.
