1. Oh, and the beds are a bit hard, but I don't count that as a negative since that's about all you find anywhere and anyway it seems many folks prefer a hard mattress.

6. What if the bag had contained our camera? An address book? An itinerary? Tickets to a performance or event?I realize it`s hard to get good people for the low paying jobs, but this particular Ramada`s housekeeping staff needs some retraining and strict supervision.

7. It had to have been months since the milk refrigerator had been defrosted as there was hardly room for the gallon milk container due to the ice build up.

8. The hotel suites were nice but the view of the roof was poor and it was not very clean, the pool was cold and there were seldom any towels, the beds were hard.
