Parking is no longer free, they gave us the
wrong
room, we did not get housekeeping service AT ALL on one day and on the days that we did, it was not thorough.

I don't really even know where to start so many things went
wrong
, I will try to make it quick so that I don't put you in a coma with all the details but suffice it to say that this management at this Red Lion needs a serious over haul.

In May at the same hotel, we were given exceptional service when a Fedex package was delivered to the Red Lion office next door because it had the
wrong
address on it.
