1. It wasn't very clean, and when we went down to the front desk to ask if they had given us the wrong room since we had paid more then what that room was worth, they told us 'Oh we're sorry, but since you booked and paid for your room on our website we can't do anything about it' Now, maybe it's just me, but why would a hotel not be able to do anything because we paid and booked the room on their website? Anyways, don't get screwed like we did.
