1. There is a busy 6 lane street/highway and stop light 100 feet from the hotel, and there was noticeable traffic noise throughout the night.

4. If there is a downside to the hotel, it would have to be the noise from cars on the street or the one slow elevator--but it is an easy walk up the stairs.
