1. It could definitely use a reno, but what are people expecting for $100 in Santa Barbara? My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and my room was next to a man with the loudest voice in the world.

2. No complaints really - although we had some very noisy people staying a few doors down who seemed to be on permanent `spring break` despite being middle aged, the noise wasnt enough to stop me sleeping much though.
