1. We had an issue with the toilet in the room flushing- but Ryan at the front desk made sure the issue was resolved right away.

2. Oh there is a fan provided in the room for you to cool off but you would have to leave the sliding door open and the screen door doesn't lock and this would be a safety issue for sure due to the balcony area is open to the public.
