2. So, as for the pluses: pretty much across the street from the beach so great for morning jobs, parking is free and ample and you don't need to give your keys (ie, no valent take your car so no annoying waiting), you can walk to get coffee and bagels at the strip mall 10min walk away if you don't feel like getting in the car, and free WIFI.
