We reluctantly stayed the night as management would not let us out of the first night's charges, and left at the crack of dawn the next morning, for Napa, where we actually met a couple from Chicago who had stayed at San Ysidro Ranch last summer & completely agreed with our review and said they too were extremely surprised & disappointed.
