5. The tiny pool (and entire property) were teaming with children, as this hotel is only one freeway exit away from Sea World and inexpensive for San Diego at $150 a night (with AAA discount).

6. To picture this Best Western, it`s a 3-story 'U' shape, with all rooms opening to the parking lot and tiny pool, and 2-person hottub.

7. The only complaints were that we had to remind the maid for washcloths the first two days (we only received one those days) and the parking situation on the weekend was iffy (I'm not sure there are as many spots as rooms, and the spots are TINY).
