1. This Good Nite Inn room stunk, dirty stained carpet, pillows looked like they got them out of a garbage can, saw bullets in the parking lot next to our car on the ground, and unsafe environment at this motel.

9. I told the office staff how dirty the carpet was and they said they would have it cleaned after we left, should it not have been cleaned prior to our arrival? When I booked this hotel, I was told that they had continental breakfast, but they didn,t.
