1. This isn't the most up-to-date place nor do they have the biggest rooms, but they do pack a lot of features (microwave, mini-fridge and flat screen TV) into the smaller space and the rooms are very clean.

2. Best price in the area and the convenience to walk out the door and be surrounded by shops and an outdoor cafes/restraunts trumped the inconvenience of a small room and it was small and dated, Happy with the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff.

3. Sometimes if I have a date or want to mingle downtown I find that getting a hotel is the best bet.
